Solution-oriented team processes

Both flowers and weeds grow in a garden, but it would never occur to a gardener to feed the weeds! Anyone who holds on to a problem, analyses it from A to Z and resorts to recriminations is simply nurturing the weeds and making absolutely no progress.

Therefore in solution-oriented team development we rely on developing solutions in an atmosphere of creativity and cooperation: we’re interested in what works (or would work) – the flowers that are already there or should be growing. This solution-oriented and positive mood helps the team find solutions.
